The iNGECO laboratory occupies a climate-controlled area of over 1000 sqm and it is equipped with modern and versatile machinery suitably designed for assembling, filling and packaging of cosmetic bags, make-up boxed sets, powdered and creamy products (i.e. blushes, eye shadows), pencils, lipsticks, nail polish, moisturizing and liquid soaps. The processes are distributed on 7 automatic and semi-automatic packaging lines, of which 2 are specific for the packaging of cast products.

The automatic packaging line of nail-polish is composed of:
● 2 conveyor belts for feeding and unloading of the bottles;
● 1 volumetric doser of the product;
● 1 laying system of the steel balls;
● 1 filling level machine;
● 1 power supply for the brushes;
● 1 automatic screwdriver with torque control;
● 1 labeler connected in line for the application of labels on the bottles.

iNGECO has dry labelers, inject printers and ribbon labelers, and therefore is able to realize any type of label and printing on the packaging, either in automatic mode at the end of a packaging line, or in semiautomatic mode in special work benches.
The iNGECO Operational Structure includes a Technical Director, a Production Manager, a Management Controller, a Quality Controller and some Project Coordinators to ensure a reliable, punctual and attentive service, in compliance with current Italian and CE laws.
The Cooperative iNGECO is in possession of all permits and authorizations required by Italian regulations for working in cosmetics.
iNGECO applies the requirements of document ISO22716: 2007 “Cosmetics – Good manufacturing Practices GMP - Guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practices” for the activities of filling, packaging and assembly of cosmetics for third parties (Certificate no. 21779 of February 12, 2015 issued by the Institute of Quality Certification CertiQuality Srl).
